The issue might be on your side. I just checked and your videos load right away for me.
As for the ad deals... For content creators ads don't pay off. I mean: Look at the situation on YouTube. The only one making any money from ads is Google, the people creating those ads for other companies and 'maybe' the companies paying for the ad-space.
If you are trying to make money with your animations you should either try patreon or try to get hired.
