Hey, wow, um, like Newgrounds is a fantastic idea, I'd be on this site all day, if only, IT WORKED!!! Youtube vids load instantly, but Newgrounds is more spinning wait symbol than watch time, and that is when the site actually loads!!
I keep getting asked to JOIN but I don't know why anyone would pay for a service that is as iffy and janky as this one is now.
Fix your server, maybe work an ad deal for revenue and have everything play when clicked, then I'll join guys.

The issue might be on your side. I just checked and your videos load right away for me.
As for the ad deals... For content creators ads don't pay off. I mean: Look at the situation on YouTube. The only one making any money from ads is Google, the people creating those ads for other companies and 'maybe' the companies paying for the ad-space.
If you are trying to make money with your animations you should either try patreon or try to get hired.
